With solid real estate experience in Eugene/Springfield and the entire Willamette Valley (including the Oregon Coast and Portland), as well as intimate knowledge of the local climate, culture, and happenings, I work extensively to help both buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals.

I am a native Oregonian - and I even went to both OSU and the U of O, which gives me an especially well-rounded perspective!  I grew up mostly in Bend and Portland.  I came to Eugene for school and have been here for almost twenty years.  I love the outdoors - especially water activities like surfing, fishing, and any kind of swimming (even if it means I just fell off a raft).  I also play tennis each week, but it doesn't keep me all that fit since I also tend to have a beer with the guys afterward!  I am an avid remodeler, and even had a job at Jerry's to help pay for that expensive habit.  I own a couple rental properties in town and a vacation rental in Otter Rock - so if you want to know how the investment markets are doing or how to install a sliding glass door, I'd be happy to share my knowledge.
